Smoked brisket and fresh biscuits – it doesn’t get much better than that.
If you smell something delicious at the Bloomfield Saturday Market this weekend, it might be Brisketburgh, a new mobile food provider that is smoking up the Pittsburgh food scene.
The business, which launched at the market at the end of September, will be having their final appearance there this Saturday, November 4.
Over the winter and early spring, Brisketburgh plans to focus on constructing their food truck, which they raised the funds for during a successful Kickstarter campaign.
Don’t miss your chance to preview these delicious Brisket & Biscuit sandwiches, where expertly-smoked brisket is piled on a fluffy biscuit, and served with toppings like vanilla maple butter, “Grammy’s” strawberry jam, blueberry compote or butter and honey.
In addition to serving juicy brisket, the brand aims to achieve their core principles of shopping local, being sustainable, and supporting food charities.
