Clean Juice Eatery Now Open in East Liberty

There’s a brand new place to get a healthy bite in East Liberty.

Clean Juice Eatery has officially opened its doors on Penn Avenue, offering smoothies, green juices, açaí bowls and more.

The fast-casual chain (which has about 40 locations around the country) is known for using exclusively organic ingredients.

The menu includes vegetable-and-fruit juices with health-inspired names, like:

• The Hardcore One – celery, cucumber, kale, lemon and spinach
• The Immunity One – carrot, lemon, orange, pineapple and tumeric
• The Energy One – apple, beet, carrot, celery, ginger and orange
• The Protection One – cucumber, pineapple, spinach

You’ll also find a selection of smoothies, including:

• The Chocolate One – almond butter, almond milk, banana, cacao, hemp or whey protein, cinnamon and maple syrup
• The Healthy Heart One – almond butter, almond milk, avocado, cinnamon, Himalyan Pink sea salt and maple syrup
• The So Basic One – almond butter, almond milk, strawberries, banana and maple syrup
• The Simple One – almond milk, banana, berries, spinach, vanilla
• The Intense One – apple, avocado, coconut water, ginger, kale, lemon, spinach, spirulina

Clean Juice Eatery also offers a few healthy dishes, including açaí and pitaya bowls, and oat-based bowls.

The East Liberty location will be open today from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Friday, January 19 from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Plus, if you stop in today or tomorrow and purchase an item on their menu, you’ll receive a card for a Free 16 oz. juice, açaí bowl or smoothie to use in the future.
