Pittsburgh’s popular pizza and drafthouse chain, Caliente, has officially opened their fourth location.
The company’s newest eatery is located on Commercial Avenue in Aspinwall, just 15 minutes northeast of Downtown.
Caliente is known for their freshly prepared, thick-crust pizzas. Caliente’s pizza dough won first place at the International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada, in 2016. Customer favorites include the make-your-own option, as well as “Steak Deluxe” with white sauce, steak, and mushrooms, and the “Buffalo Chicken.”
Other popular items on the menu include wings, subs, and burgers.
The restaurant is also known for sourcing unique and hard-to-find beers. The draft menu is constantly changing, and the updated version for the Aspinwall location can be found online.
The restaurant also has locations in Bloomfield, Hampton, and Mount Lebanon.
