Learn chocolate-making from the very best.
A519 Chocolate has just announced plans to launch a new, hands-on confection class at their Millvale production facility.
Led by A519 owner/chocolatier Amanda Wright, the class will focus on the science and art of sugar confectionery, and attendees will learn the basic science of sugar, taste different sugar types, and learn how to use each in creating confections. Additionally, attendees of the two to three-hour class will also learn how to make caramel sauce, candied nuts, and vanilla-flavored marshmallows, giving you enough information to start creating your very own sugar-based confections.
Each participant will also receive their own jar of caramel sauce, plus handmade marshmallows and candied nuts to take home, too.
Classes are $89 per person, and are scheduled individually. For a private class, there is a minimum of four guests, and a maximum of eight guests.
