
With the changing season comes changing menus in restaurants all across town… and pastry chef Meghann Walsh at Cioppino Restaurant & Cigar Bar has a brand new dessert menu to add to the list.
Walsh has loaded her new menu with seasonal flavors and fall favorites, like apples, browned butter, and pumpkin.
On the menu:
- Apple 3 Ways: Apple Cheesecake, Prickly Pear Panna Cotta, Carmelized Apple Chip, Apple Powder, Praline Graines
- Spice Cake: Fall Spices, Persimmon, Browned Butter Crème Anglaise, House-Made Amarena Cherry Ice Cream
- Boston Cream Pie: White Cake, Vanilla Custard, Chocolate Ganache Icing
- Seasonal Crème Brulee: Pumpkin
- Bing Cherry Phyllo: Toasted Almonds, Sweetened Mascarpone Cheese, House-made Vanilla Ice Cream, Cherry Bourbon Sauce
