It’ almost time for Wigle Whiskey to release Walkabout, their 2015 harvest Apple Whiskey – and they’re celebrating with a weekend of fall fun.
On Saturday, October 17, join them at the Barrelhouse (1055 Spring Garden Ave.) for the very first available bottles of Walkabout, plus an evening of autumnal events, with apple bobbing, live music from The Lone Wolf Club, apple whiskey sampling and cocktails from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
And, on Sunday, October 18, the celebration will continue at their Strip District Distillery (2401 Smallman Street) with a DJ, a fresh cider pressing, Johnny Appleseed look-alikes, more apple bobbing and apple whiskey sampling, and food from Driftwood Ovens.
Both events are free, and family-friendly.
