
Downtown restaurants täkō and Butcher and the Rye are joining forces to host a Day of the Dead themed party at both restaurants on Sunday, November 1, starting at 8:00 p.m.
They’ll be serving up late-night food and drink specials, plus they’ll have face painters creating sugar skull-inspired makeup, live music – and a special food menu.
Street Corn: Chili, cotija, lime
Fish & Chips: Tempura-fried cobia, pickled jalapeno tartar sauce
Papas Bravas: Fried potatoes, spicy tomato sauce, garlic aioli
Mulitas: Pork, with chihuahua cheese, avocado salsa, onion & lime slaw; Smoked chicken, with black beans, jack cheese, salsa roja; Korean Beef Barbacoa with peanuts, spicy bean salsa, napa cabbage
Tacos: Pork Carnitas, Smoked chicken Tingas, Korean Beef Barbacoa
Taquitos: Pork & Beans, Potato & Caramelized Onion
Guacamole: Classic, Tuna, Crab
Churros: Sweetened whipped cream
Brown Sugar & Chili Chicharrones: Manchego cheese

There’s no cover charge, and food and drink specials are pay as you go.
