
New season, new menu.
Thin Man Sandwich Shop always has a rotating list of tasty, seasonal sandwiches on the menu, and they’ve just introduced their latest lineup.
In addition to their signature sandwiches (like the ever-popular Thin Man, with the best chicken liver mousse in the city), their fall menu is loaded with tasty flavor combinations and locally-sourced ingredients.
On the menu:
- Wild Boar Ragu: Chestnuts, roasted parsnips and carrots, crispy shallots on a brioche roll
- Indian Chicken Korma: Cashews, yogurt, cilantro chutney, basmati rice on a pita
- Sautéed Cauliflower and Brussels Sprouts: Bosc pear, bleu cheese and white bean spread on a baguette
- Sweet Potato Gratin: Shitake mushrooms, apple, brie, kale on a brioche roll
- Braised Octopus: Artichokes, grilled lemon, capers, escarole on a baguette
- Beef Short Ribs: Roasted pork belly, grilled onions, sweet-hot mustard on an onion roll
- Genoa Salami: Basil pesto ricotta, baby spinach on French bread
