A summer evening with BBQ and beer… what could be better?
On Saturday, July 7 from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m., Strange Roots Experimental Ales is hosting a BBQ Pig Roast at their Gibsonia brewery with Rogue BBQ and Serenity Hills Farm.
Dinner will include all manner of BBQ favorites, including a 16-hour hardwood-smoked pig from Serenity Hills Farm, dry-rubbed pulled pork, and Rogue’s signature smoked wings. Side dishes include:
- Baked Mac & Cheese
- Sweet Chili Coleslaw
- Calico Baked Beans with Shaved Brisket
- Honey-Lime Fruit Salad
- Rolls and Cornbread
And Rogue BBQ will be bringing all of their classic signature sauces:
- Brown Sugar-Peach BBQ
- Carolina Gold BBQ
- Alabama White BBQ
- Ghost BBQ
- Bourbon BBQ
Tickets are $15 for adults in advance and $19 at the door, and include all-you-can-eat food. Drinks, including Strange Roots brews, are available for an additional charge. Tickets for children 12-and-under are $8 and can be purchased at the door.
