Blaze Pizza, the fast-casual pizza chain backed by LeBron James, has opened its fourth location in the Pittsburgh area.
The restaurant is now open at the Gateway Shops at Newbury Market (160 Millers Run Road) in South Fayette, and will feature a selection of signature pizzas (like the Link In, made with Italian sausage, roasted red peppers, sauteed onions, mozzarella and a red sauce, and the Art Lover, with artichokes, mozzarella, ricotta and chopped garlic) that cooks in an open-flame oven and is ready in three minutes.
Guests can also build their own pies with ingredients that range from goat cheese and arugula, to applewood bacon and smoked ham. They also offer salads and desserts.
The South Fayette location also features an outdoor patio. Blaze Pizza in South Fayette is open from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
