Carson Street Deli & Craft Beer Bar is hosting a Victory Brewing party tonight, with lots of free samples.
They’ll be pouring Dirtwolf Double IPA, Prima Pils, HopDevil, and the elusive Wild Devil, which Victory only releases once every four years. It’s an India Pale Ale, finished with a bit of brettanomyces yeast, which gives it a sharp tang, with notes of citrus and pine.
Sampling will take place tonight from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Oh, and if you’re hungry? We suggest the Donnie Brasco, loaded with Buffalo chicken, hot pepper cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion hot pepper rings, and egg salad and Bleu Cheese dressing. Dinner is served!
