It’s the perfect way to celebrate cooler weather and the arrival of fall!

This weekend, Huszar Hungarian Restaurant is hosting an old-fashioned, Hungarian bacon roast at their North Side restaurant and bar.

Guests will spend the afternoon roasting slab-bacon over open fire pits, sipping on Karlovachko beer, and enjoying live music and entertainment.

Call for reservation: 412-322-8795. The event is $35 per person ($25 for non alcohol ticket) and includes: a shot of brandy, a Karlovachko beer, dessert, and a slab of bacon served fresh sourdough bread, peppers, and onions.

The event will be held rain or shine. The restaurant’s main menu will also be available as well.

More information can be found online.
