Pumpkin Spice Washed Illegal Joven Mezcal, Cynar, Spiced Cherry, Cinnamon Sugar

“The cocktail is a lot more dry than anticipated. It’s very well rounded, not overly sweet (most of the sweetness comes from the cinnamon sugar rim). It’s very balanced and has all the best autumn notes, including a mild smokiness from the mezcal base!” -Vallozzi’s Assistant General Manager/ Bar Manager Julia Wood
