Get to know your whiskey at Prairie.
Late last year, the recently-opened spot introduced Whiskey Wednesdays, a weekly educational series that features a rotating list of different whiskey and bourbon families and brands. Only 10 spots are available each week, making it an intimate way to learn more about whiskey, and try a number of samples.
The restaurant’s next Whiskey Wednesday is taking place on January 6, and they’ll be featuring Knob Creek, with pours of Knob Creek small batch, Single Barrel and rye whiskeys.
Tickets are $15 per person, and can be purchased on their event page.
