Enjoy good food for a good cause at East End Food Co-op’s winter celebration, Winterfest.
The family-friendly event is taking place on Saturday, January 23 at the Hosanna House in Wilkinsburg, and will benefit the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank.
Tickets are $10 for non-members and $6 for members, and include light fare from the co-op’s café, and appetizers and snacks from local food brands and partners, plus non-alcoholic drinks, coffee and tea. Guests can also purchase a $5 wristband, giving them access to an open bar that includes cider, wine, and locally-brewed craft beers from East End Brewing Company.
Family-friendly activities include a photo booth, face painting, children’s activities from the Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh, and a chance auction.
The event kicks off at 1:00 p.m., and runs until 5:00 p.m.
