South Side’s Ibiza Wine & Tapas Bar is shuttering their nightly tapas and dinner service – but the space will still be available for private parties and events.
The restaurant held their final daily service on January 23.
Owner Antonio Pereira says that Mallorca, Ibiza’s sister restaurant, will continue to operate next door with an updated and expanded tapas menu, along with its regular menu.
Mallorca has also introduced a new happy hour, with half priced drinks from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. every day, and a rotating list of tapas specials.
Pereira says that all unused Ibiza gift certificates will be honored at Mallorca, and that the Ibiza space will remain open and available for private parties and special events.
