Bloomfield’s Apteka is turning into a burger and fries pop-up… for a limited time.
Starting tonight, the restaurant is hosting the second edition of their popular Crapteka pop-up, featuring veggie burger, fries, ‘stoner’ salads, and yuba (also known as tofu skin).
While veggie burgers and fries aren’t totally unfamiliar to Apteka’s menu, they’re usually regulated to their weekend late-night hours. But, for this week only, the entire menu will be all Apteka veggie burger favorites, like The Baba Burger (a veggie patty with pickled beet, pickled chili, horseradish sauce, slaw and black garlic), plus a few other surprises.
They’ll also have a special menu of Crapteka wines, cocktails and sodas. .
Crapteka will take place from Wednesday, January 23 through Sunday, January 27.
