Cranberry’s Pig Iron Pub is rolling out brunch this weekend, with homestyle favorites from Buttermilk Pancakes to Egg & Tomato Grilled Cheese – and a killer make-your-own Bloody Mary program, too.
Menu items will include:
- Italian Eggs: Eggs poached in tomato sauce, fresh herbs, toasted baguette, arugula salad
- Mushroom Gruyere Omelette: Mushrooms, spinach, gruyere, rosemary
- Chorizo Hash: Chorizo, potatoes, red peppers, onions, goat cheese, poached eggs, toast
- French Toast: Cinnamon raisin bread, fresh raspberries, powdered sugar
- Scramble: BBQ pulled pork, bacon, scallions
- Egg & Tomato Grilled Cheese: Basil, mozzarella, red pepper mayo
- Lemon Ricotta Pancakes: Blueberry compote, honey ginger syrup
The build-your-own Bloody Mary option includes personalized choices for everything from rim syrups (basil and jalapeno) to juices (smoked tomato basil, A1 BBQ, Srircha Ginger or House). They’re also offering a build-your-own Mimosa option, with a variety of fruit purees.
Brunch will be served every Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.,
