
Vegetarians are in for a treat at Legume this month.
Chef/owner Trevett Hooper has just announced that July will be Vegetarian Month at Legume, with a daily-changing vegetarian tasting menu that will utilize local, seasonal fruits and vegetables.
The vegetarian tasting menu will be available in addition to Legume’s regular menu, and will feature three courses for $28 per person. Hooper says that every tasting menu can also be made vegan upon request. Plus, the kitchen will be adding a few additional vegetarian entrée and side options available à la carte every night.
