Big news for fans of crumb., the vegan pop-up that landed at the Smallman Galley late last night – they’re coming back!
Starting on Friday, May 17, crumb. will be taking up residence on Friday and Saturday nights from 10:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. inside of Gluten Free Goat in Garfield.
The popup is not only going to be serving a completely plant-based menu, but every dish will also be gluten, soy, corn and peanut-free. The full menu hasn’t been released yet, but crumb. is known for their (plant-based) take on snack-able favorites like burgers, fries, po’boys, and wings. Favorite dishes when crumb. was at the Smallman Galley included the Garden Burger, made with seasonal pickled veggies, greens, tomato and roasted garlic aioli, BBQ Burgers with Beyond Meat, and topped with avocado herb spread, BBQ jackfruit, and onion straws, and Herbed Focaccia-Crusted Seitan Wings, with vegan sauces.
