Gnocchi might seem like it’s on the easy end of the pasta-making difficulty scale… but use the wrong technique, and your pillowy bites of potato dumplings can turn heavy in a flash.
To help you perfect your skill, and make the classic Italian potato dumpling on your own, Senti is offering a hands-on gnocchi-making class in their Lawrenceville kitchen.
On Thursday, July 7, join guest chef Jeffry Horn for the 6:00 p.m. class, learning the techniques of hand-rolled potato gnocchi. The class will be followed by a three-course dinner, with wine.
The menu includes:
- Radicchio alla Griglia Grilled Radicchio with Shallot and Bacon Dressing and Caramelized Fennel
- Fresh Gnocchi, served with Ragù of Lamb, Pork, and Beef
- Peach Slump, served with Whipped Cream
Seats are $60 per person. Reservations can be made by calling 412-586-4347.
