The Daq Shack will be open…at least on Thursday nights.

Squirrel Hill’s Hidden Harbor is launching a brand-new weekday concept featuring a summer favorite: the Daiquiri.

The crowd-pleasing drink, made with rum, lime, sugar and ice, will be the star of the show each Thursday night throughout the summer as Hidden Harbor runs a “rotating weekly menu of Daiquiri variations over the eras.”

Each week, you’ll find a different Daiquiri variation, like the Golden Glove and a Strawberry Dry Ice Daiquiri.

And to help you keep track of all of the varieties, Hidden Harbor is introducing a Daiquiri Dossier (as part of their Dead Parrots Society rum club), offering a guided journey through 20 recommended Daiquiris.
