Treat yourself to something sweet!
Burgatory Bar has teamed up with Boyer Candy Co., (the new owners of the Pittsburgh classic Clark Bar) to celebrate the re-launch of the candy bar by releasing a Clark Bar-inspired milkshake, and to help raise money for a local cause.
From now through Wednesday, August 26, $1 from each Clark Bar Milkshake sold at all Burgatory locations will be donated to Best of the Batch Foundation, which was founded in 1999 by former Steelers quarterback Charlie Batch.
Best of the Batch Foundation serves school-aged children in western Pennsylvania, offering more than a dozen programs, including an Internet Essentials Program, which provides a student and their family internet access for an entire school year for $80.
The donation from each milkshake, which features crispy peanut butter, taffy, and milk chocolate (all topped with a pile of whipped cream) will be sent to help support the Internet Essentials Program.
