Cattle ‘n Can at Bocktown Beer

August 28, 2014 by Emily Catalano Leave a Comment

Bocktown Beer is running a special on two of our favorite things this Labor Day weekend – burgers and beer. They’re bringing back their Cattle ‘n Can promotion, featuring locally-raised grass-fed beef.

The $17.99 deal includes one burger from their specialty menu, a side, and a can of American craft beer.

On the menu:

  • Eiffel Tower: Locally-raised grass-fed beef, gruyere, caramelized onions, and horseradish sauce on a toasted onion bun with au jus
  • Pretzelvania: Locally-raised grass-fed beef, peppered bacon, grilled onions and beer cheese on a pretzel bun
  • Grace Under Fire: Locally-raised grass-fed beef, garlic Jack cheese, homemade roasted banana pepper jam, sweet pepper aioli and arugula on a toasted bun
  • Parma Stallion: Locally-raised grass-fed beef, Parma pancetta, Conover heirloom tomatoes, red onions, Buffalo mozzarella and Italian dressed greens on ciabatta

The deal runs through Sunday.
