Every third Wednesday of the month (that would be tonight, January 21), Kaya features a seasonal vegetarian prix fixe dinner, with a menu that focuses on unique, exotic ingredients.
Each dinner is $39 per person, with an additional $19 optional wine pairing.
Here’s what’s on the menu tonight:
First: Endive, Frisee & Arugula Salad: Maytag blue cheese, pear, walnuts, and sherry vin
Or
Grilled Radicchio & Blood Orange Salad: Blasamic vinegar, roasted garlic, and pine nuts
Second: Butternut Squash Manicotti: Parmesan cheese, Ricotta cheese, sage, and plum tomatoes
Third: Lentil Soup: Cornbread, sour cream, crispy cheese curd, onion, radish and cilantro
Or
Roasted Mushroom Pot Pie: Carrots, peas and fingerling potatoes
Dessert: Orange Cheesecake: Candied kumquat, graham
Or
Chocolate, Peanut Butter & Banana Pie: Chocolate ganache
