Meat lovers, you’re in luck. Lawrenceville’s Butcher on Butler has heard your pleas, and they’re offering a sausage making class to teach home chefs how to make their own homemade links.

The first class will be held on Tuesday, January 13 at 7:00 p.m. at their shop. The classes are $30 per person, and the class will take about an hour and a half. Each attendee will take home two pounds of their own hand-made sausage.

Class size maxes out at 12, so give them a call at 412-781-2157 to reserve your spot.
