Join Wheel and Wedge Cheese Shop and Independent Brewing Company for a cheese and beer pairing class on Sunday, January 25 at 6:00 p.m. at IBC.
Wheel and Wedge’s head cheesemonger Alix Wiggins, and Pete Kurzweg from IBC will be leading the class, and pairing six different beers with six different cheeses. Guests will receive in-depth information about the beers, cheeses, and why they pair so well together – and they’ll learn how to create a beer and cheese tasting at their own home.
Tickets to the pairing class are $25 per person, and can be purchased on the event page.
