Baby, it’s cold outside… but Verde is going to warm you up with a BYOM (Bring Your Own Mug) Hot Cocktail Party on Saturday, December 6.
They’ll be pulling out the heaters for the afternoon affair, co-sponsored by Pittsburgh Cocktail Week, and taking place on Verde’s patio.
Throughout the afternoon, local cocktail experts (like Butterjoint’s Will Groves), will be demonstrating the art and science of using traditional methods to create warm cocktails. They’ll also be sharing recipes for a variety of drinks – think hot toddys, warm cider, flips, Mexican coffee, hot punches and more.
The cocktail-making demonstrations are free (though a $5 donation is suggested to attend), and hot cocktails will be available for purchase.
