A shot and a beer just got a whole lot better.
The Independent Brewing Company and Wigle Whiskey are teaming up on Thursday, November 20 for a ‘Whiskey Loves Beer’ dinner celebration at IBC.
The event includes a four-course meal, prepared by IBC’s chef Monique Ruvolo. Each course will be paired with a taster of Wigle’s ‘Whim’ series of experimental, limited-run whiskeys, and a local craft beer curated by the team at Independent.
