Anyone who has ever worked in the restaurant industry knows that Mondays are the one day where chefs and servers can relax – at least for a bit. The weekend rush is over, and lots of restaurants are closed.
Legume is stepping up to the plate for their industry brethren with a new Service Industry Brunch, launching today, and running every Monday.
With the creative minds who came up with a flyer that features the greatest group shot of Pittsburgh’s best chefs ever taken (or at least ever cut-and-pasted) at the helm, we have an inkling that the weekly menu will be featuring dishes that are a little more ambitious than your standard omelet-and-Eggs-Benedict fare.
If you can make it – and non-industry folks, you’re welcome, too – Legume’s Service Industry Brunch is every Monday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
