
Fall is officially in the air, and Habitat is celebrating with a new fall dinner menu. With a focus on hearty dishes made with seasonal ingredients, the menu is also broken down into special ‘lifestyle cuisine’ sections, including vegan, gluten-free, raw and macrobiotic options.
You can check out the full menu on their website, but we’ve picked out a few dishes that we’re really excited to try:
- Cornish hen with truffle pappardelle
- Salted caramel pumpkin soup
- Beef tenderloin with rutabaga gratin, Brussels sprouts and mushroom ragout
- Sweet potato gnocchi
- Grass-fed beef carpaccio
- Red snapper with Andouille sausage and cannellini bean cassoulet
Habitat will also be introducing a new fall lunch menu this Friday.
