Lawrenceville’s Butcher on Butler, the shop that provides local, humanely-raised meats, deli items, and smokehouse favorites, has a new house-made product on its shelves – and it’s definitely worth stocking up before doing any holiday entertaining.
Their Coffee Bacon Jam is a savory spread that serves lots of purposes: It’s great on chicken, steak, or pork, slathered on a grilled cheese, paired with a cheese or charcuterie plate, or spread on crackers. Basically, it gives just about anything in your fridge a unique kick.
Right now, they’re selling cup-sized packages for only $5 – and, you can try it before you buy with samples at their shop.
