When Chef Brian Little took over the kitchen at Tender a few months ago, we knew that his elevated plating sense would translate into some beautiful dishes, and we haven’t been disappointed.
Tender just shared this picture of Little’s latest special, and it is truly art on a plate.
It’s a winter salad comprised of Hearts of Palm, beet custard, hibiscus and red ribbon sorrel.
It’s beautiful, but fleeting – It’s not on the permanent menu, so make reservations for tonight to get it while you can.
