We love to cook, but there are some weeks when it’s just impossible. That means that we’re always looking for easy ways to get dinner on the table, while still eating real, non-processed foods.
One option that we can’t wait to check out is Chip and Kale, a vegan food delivery service. Each week, the company delivers five vegan, plant-based dinners to your home. The meal kits are frozen, and need only basic pots, pans and kitchen utensils to prepare.
Chip and Kale makes deliveries within 20 miles from downtown Pittsburgh each Sunday. The menus are posted on the company’s Facebook page each week, and encompass a variety of tastes and flavors, with options like Couscous Tacos, Gnocchi with Cauliflower and Indian Potato Curry. Each order includes five meal packages, which each contain three to four servings each.
Vegan orders are $99 each, and a gluten-free option is available for $109.
Orders each week must be made by Wednesday at noon for the next Sunday’s delivery.
