Two of Lawrenceville’s most-loved chefs are joining forces.

Umami’s Roger Li and Domenic Branduzzi from Piccolo Forno and Grapperia are teaming up to open a new ramen shop in Pittsburgh – and we couldn’t be more excited.

The duo has plans to launch Ki Ramen, a “first of its kind” ramen restaurant that will celebrate influences from both chef’s unique culinary perspectives, with house-made noodles and broths.

Though there’s no word yet on an opening date, they’re hosting a series of pop-up events in the coming months to preview their menu.

On Monday, October 24, Li and Branduzzi are hosting their first pop-up at Market St. Grocery, serving ramen from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.

For more information, visit their event page.
