Smallman Galley’s Carota Café is kicking off the new year with a hyper-local beer dinner.
On Monday, January 23, join chef Jessica Lewis for a five-course dinner at the restaurant incubator, paired with six selections of Sharpsburg’s Dancing Gnome Brewing beer.
Not only will Lewis be featuring produce from New Bethlehem’s Who Cooks For You Farm, but farm owners Chris Brittenburg and Aeros Lillistrom will be part of the dinner, too, chatting about the way that Pittsburgh is leading the charge in the local and sustainable food movement.
