Merchant Oyster Co. hasn’t opened its doors yet, but owner Dennis Marron (fresh off the announcement that he’ll be opening a second restaurant in 2017), is giving you a sneak peek of what will be in store at the Lawrenceville restaurant.
Tonight, he’s hosting an Oyster Bar Pop Up at Station in Bloomfield.
Starting at 6:00 p.m., they’ll be serving raw oysters ($2.50 each, served with barrel-aged hot sauce), Clam Stuffies ($11), Lobster Rolls ($22) and three different kinds of chowder: Rhode Island red, Rhode Island clear and New England-style.
