Smallman Galley is standing up for human rights.
Starting on Tuesday, January 17, the restaurant incubator will be hosting Smallman Stands Up, a week-long event that will donate money to human rights organizations.
During each day of the event, 20% of Smallman’s bar sales will be donated to that day’s chosen organization.
Tuesday, January 17: Sierra Club
Wednesday, January 18: Anti-Defamation League
Thursday, January 19: ACLU Nationwide
Friday, January 20: Planned Parenthood
In addition, they’ll also be donating $1 from every Freightliner cocktail (made with Boyd & Blair vodka, house-made red wine-Earl Grey syrup, Amaro Montenegro, Genepy des Alpes and blood orange) they sell during the month of January to the International Rescue Committee to aid with Syrian crisis relief.
