
On the third Wednesday of each month, Kaya hosts a vegetarian prix fixe dinner, featuring seasonal ingredients for a completely meat-free meal.
Tonight’s menu is up, and it’s bounty of winter fruits and vegetables, like blood oranges, cauliflower, and root vegetables.
On the menu:
First
- Roasted Beets: Brioche, pears, goat cheese, pine nut, arugula
- Blood Orange Salad: Carrot, radish, mizuna, sesame seeds, avocado
Second
- Roasted Carrot: Garlic, parsley, crunchy bread, whipped ricotta, thyme
- Curried Cauliflower: Tahini, lemon, pomegranate, pistachio
Third
- Roasted Mushroom Ramen: Crispy enoki mushrooms, trumpet mushrooms, egg, scallion, nori
- Roasted Parsnips & Brussels Sprouts: Potato puree, mushroom gravy, thyme, crispy onions
Dessert
- Cookies & Crème: Chocolate ice cream, cookie crumble, vanilla
- Meyer Lemon Poppy Seed Cake: Lemon glaze
Seats are $39 per person, with $19 optional drink pairings.
