We’re super happy to announce the date for our next Pittsburgh Food Swap!
The Spring swap will take place on Saturday, May 9 from noon to 2:00 p.m. This time around, we’ll be swapping at the wonderful Repair the World space in East Liberty.
If you enjoy canning, baking, pickling, cooking, and creating your own homemade goodies, join other Pittsburgh food lovers at our swap. Package up your treats in individual servings (jars of pickles, individually-wrapped packages of cookies, small loaves of bread, etc.), and swap with others.
The amount you bring is up to you, but typically, participants will bring 10 to 15 items. Since each swap is one to one – such as one jar of pickles for one jar of strawberry jam – you’ll leave with as many food items as you came with.
