
Butcher and the Rye is opening on a Monday for a special beer dinner with Lagunitas Brewing Company.
Seats for the five-course dinner on Monday, February 27 are now available.
On the menu:
First Course:
Brioche & Beer Soup – duck confit / chestnut, paired with Lagunitas Sucks Brown Shugga’ Substitute Ale
Second Course:
Mushroom, Beets & Braised Carrots – creme fraiche / heavily toasted barely / vegetable & beer demi, paired with Undercover Investigation Shut-Down Ale
Third Course:
Egg Yolk Ravioli – lobster & bone marrow, paired with Aunt Sally Sour Mash Ale
Fourth Course:
Rabbit & Dumplings – root vegetables, paired with Little Sumpin’ Sumpin’ Ale
Dessert:
Aerated Creme Brulee – pound cake / mango / pecan, paired with High West-ified Imperial Coffee Stout
Seats are $95 per person, and can be purchased online.
