Regent Square’s Ease Modern Comfort Cuisine will be hosting a 5-course whiskey pairing dinner this Monday, February 27.
Ease, known for their high-end comfort food like short rib pot roast, stuffed meatloaf and four-cheese Mac & Cheese, will feature five different dishes at the dinner, each paired with a different whiskey, like Hudson Manhattan Rye and Blanton’s Bourbon.
This special menu is available for one night only.
The menu includes:
First Course
Hundson Manhatten Rye paired with Orange Chipotle Meatballs: Pork and beef meatballs slowly cooked and glazed with an orange chipotle sauce
Second Course
Monkey Shoulder Whiskey paired with Apple Glazed Beef Skewer: Succulent marinated flank steak grillwed and glazed with a spiced apple gastrique
Third Course
Tin Cup Whiskey paired with Bacon Wrapped Scallops: Candied and peppered house-smoked bacon wrapped sea scallops
Fourth Course
Blanton’s Bourbon paired with Stilton Cheese & Croustini: Rose infused pear chutney with stilton cheese and grilled croustini
Fifth Course
Stranahan’s Whiskey paired with Tobacco Flourless Torte: Tobacco infused 80% chocolate flourless torte
