On March 28, Bloomfield’s Bread & Salt bakery is teaming up with The Urban Pie for a night of delicious Pittsburgh pizza.
They’re offering a limited number of specially-made pies for the evening, including:
Red: San Marzano tomato sauce, aged provolone and mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil
White: Garlic and herb confit, extra virgin olive oil, fresh ricotta, and aged provolone and mozzarella
Roasted Cauliflower: Garclie and herb confit, roasted cauliflower, aged provolone and homemade fresh ricotta
