Say no, no, no, to boring Wednesday nights with Mixtape’s new Wine-house Wednesday series, starting Wednesday, March 15.
Beginning this week, the popular throwback bar will feature a list of small-batch wines from J&D Cellars, a Pennsylvania winery located just an hour south of Pittsburgh, every Wednesday night.
While patrons sip and swirl their drinks, they can enjoy a playlist featuring the soothing sounds of Amy Winehouse, those she inspired, and those who inspired her.
As always, Mixtape will have bean bag chairs, board games, and free popcorn. Plus, because Mixtape does not have a kitchen, paying customers are welcome to bring in outside food.
Mixtape, in Garfield, is a coffee lounge and bar that opens early, and stays open late. They frequently host a variety of events, which can always be found on their website.
