Dreams do come true: 16 food trucks, two rallies, one Saturday.

Now that it’s finally spring, Pittsburghers can celebrate warmer days ahead with two gigantic food truck rallies, both happening this Saturday, March 25. And, with the weather forecasters predicting highs in the 70s for this weekend, it’s the perfect weather to make the rounds and chow down.

First up is the Coffee Buddha’s March Food Truck Roundup in the North Hills.

From 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, seven food trucks will be gathered outside the cafe for the lunch. Trucks include:

  • Driftwood Oven
  • Mac & Gold
  • Jim’s Smokin’ Que
  • Oh My Grill
  • The Coop Chicken and Waffles
  • Iron City Eats
  • Mission Mahi

More information about the event can be found online.

If that wasn’t enough, over in Homestead, Voodoo Brewery is hosting their “Epic Food Truck Rally” from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday to celebrate the end of winter. In addition to food truck food from nine trucks, there will also be tons of Voodoo brews available, too.  Admission is free, and the rally will be family-friendly, and dog-friendly.

Trucks include:

  • Pittsburgh Sandwich Society
  • Blue Sparrow
  • South Side BBQ Company
  • Sugar & Spice Ice Cream
  • Pittsburgh Po’Boy
  • Bull Dawgs
  • PGH Pierogi Truck
  • Las Chicas
  • Voodoo Brewery Foodoo Truck

More information on this event can be found online.
