
Hoppy times ahead at the Foundry Table & Tap! The American gastropub, located on the North Shore, is known for their pub favorites, and extensive draft beer list. And starting this Thursday, March 23, the Foundry is launching a new Craft Beer Dinner series.
For their first event, the Foundry is pairing up with a Pittsburgh favorite, Lawrenceville’s Hop Farm Brewing Company. Tickets for the event are $60 per person and include a four-course meal paired with a variety of beers from Hop Farm.
The menu includes:
First Course
Hibiscus-cured Ora King salmon, beet vinaigrette, sour cucumber, grapefruit, and fennel, paired with Hibiscus Hoppy Hefe.
Second Course
Roasted duck breast, Cara Cara orange gastrique, red cabbage purée, Granny Smith apple and black walnut granola, paired with Cranberry Sauce – Imperial Berliner Weisse.
Third Course
Hop-smoked beef short rib, One Nut Brown braising jus, sweet potato porridge, pineapple-bourbon relish, and sage-sunflower seed gremolata, paired with One Nut Brown American Brown Ale.
Fourth Course
“Coffee & Doughnuts,” Chocolate-hazelnut eclair and lemon caramel, paired with Fresh Pot of Porter.
