It’s way too hot to turn on your oven – so for dinner tonight, enjoy Bistro 19’s summer corn celebration.
They’re making the most of the late-summer local corn season, and are featuring a corn tasting menu this evening, with four courses.
On the menu:
First course: Curry corn chowder with roasted cauliflower and bacon
Second course: Pan-seared sea scallop with corn and kale salad and Japanese dressing
Third course: Tea-brined grilled chicken, cornbread and pickled vegetables
Dessert: Corn ice cream and whiskey bread
They’re also offering additional wine pairings with each course for an extra $20.
