Drink up! Wheel and Wedge cheese shop and Roundabout Brewery are teaming up for an evening for beer and cheese.
On Tuesday, May 19, they’re hosting a cheese and beer pairing class, led by Wheel and Wedge head cheesemonger Alix Wiggins and Roundabout owners Steve and Dyana Sloan.
The $20 class at Roundabout (4901 Butler St.) will feature six different beers paired with six different cheeses, and notes on tastings and pairings, plus tips on how to host your own beer and cheese party.
