As an Earth Day celebration, Muddy Waters Oyster Bar in East Liberty is hosting a hands on oyster-shucking class. Guests of the class will learn safe shucking techniques, taste different species, and discuss sustainable farming techniques. There will also be cocktails from Faber spirits!
The event starts promptly at 3:00 p.m.
Tickets are available in two tiers, including a regular, $50 ticket, which includes:
- Oyster class
- 18 oysters to shuck
- Cocktails with Faber spirits
The “Bad Mother Shucker” ticket is $75 and includes:
- Oyster class
- 18 oysters to shuck
- Cocktails with Faber spirits
- A take-home shucking knife
- Muddy Waters swag
The event is on Saturday, April 22 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tickets can be purchased online.
