Enjoy a five-course, beer-infused and locally sourced dinner at Hop Farm this Tuesday, April 25.
Each course was sourced, designed, and paired with care by the Hop Farm team. The menu includes:
1st Course
Warm Gnocchi Goat Cheese Salad:Â House made gnocchi, made with locally sourced Yukon potatoes, local goat cheese, roasted heirloom tomatoes, chiffonade mint, & basil pesto, orchid petals and micro basil.
Paired with Hippy Heffer (Hibiscus Hefferweizen)
2nd Course
Smoked quail with Balsamic Root Vegetables:Â Local quail, smoked with local applewood, grilled and brushed with local honey butter. Balsamic grilled root vegetables, fresh roasted beets. Sweet potato puree.
Paired with Double Red IPA
3rd Course
Coffee Cured Filet Mignon with Porcini Mushroom Risotto:Â Local filet mignon, cured with local coffee, topped with whipped Italian gorgonzola and smoked portabella mushrooms. pickled red onion and micro herbs.
Paired with Fresh Pot of Porter (Coffee Porter)
4th Course
Mango Panna Cotta fusion with Wicked Woody Caviar:Â Homemade Panna Cotta infused with Mango Berliner Weiss, Wicked Woody Caviar, Fresh sliced strawberries and candied orange peel.
Paired with Margot (Double Berliner Weisse)
5th Course
Russian Imperial Chocolate Lava Cake:Â Russian Imperial Stout infused Chocolate in the center of a fresh baked chocolate cake, topped with local shaved chocolate, roasted cherries, blood orange simple syrup, & white chocolate ganache.
Paired with Kulak (Russian Imperial Stout)
Tickets are $60 per person and can be purchased online. The event will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
